Bassoon Tubes

Bassoon tubes are bamboo tubes (arundo donax) that are grown, selected and never treated with chemical additives. They are seasoned in France for a period between 6 and 8 months, after which they are imported to Italy in the Danzi workshop. These tubes will be used to process bassoon woods and reeds. Several diameters can be found, from 24/25 to 26/27, depending on the bassoonist’s needs.
